Preparing for the healthcare industry of tomorrow
My journey in healthcare and diagnostics began in 2018, and over the years, I have witnessed how rapidly the healthcare industry has evolved. Today, healthcare is becoming increasingly data-driven, technology-led, and influenced by AI and digital innovation.
With this transformation, the skills required by the industry are changing too. Yet, there remains a gap between academic learning and real-world industry requirements. Students build strong theoretical foundations, but often have limited exposure to the technical skills, tools, technologies, and practical workflows used in the workplace.
This gap is what inspired me to build CliniXen.
