CliniXen Institute LLP ("CliniXen") offers placement assistance to help students move from academics into industry roles in clinical research, pharmacovigilance, clinical data management, clinical SAS and bioinformatics. This policy explains how that support works.
1. Placement assistance, not a guarantee
CliniXen provides placement assistance. We do not guarantee a job, a specific employer, role or salary. Final selection is always decided by the hiring organisation based on the candidate's performance.
2. Eligibility
- Successful completion of the enrolled program, including assignments, projects and assessments.
- Regular attendance and active participation in live sessions.
- Full payment of program fees.
- Professional conduct throughout the program.
3. Support provided
- ATS-friendly resume preparation and LinkedIn profile guidance.
- Mock interviews and interview-readiness preparation.
- Knowledge assessments to measure job readiness.
- Sharing of curated job openings and interview opportunities with hiring partners.
- Career guidance from industry experts.
4. Student responsibilities
- Keep your resume and contact details updated and respond to opportunities on time.
- Attend scheduled interviews; repeatedly missing interviews without informing us may pause placement support.
- Share accurate information in your resume and applications.
- Inform CliniXen once you receive and accept an offer.
5. Duration of support
Placement assistance is provided for the period communicated at the time of enrolment, starting from program completion.
